Talking about electronic harassment (EMR/ EMF/ V2K etc.), I used to believe that government agents make use of electromagnetic radiation (such as the microwave auditory effect), radar, and surveillance techniques to transmit sounds and thoughts into peoples’ heads, affecting peoples’ bodies, and harassing people.
